SCANDIWALL is a Ukrainian manufacturer of decorative wood wall panels. 

Terms of return of goods

According to Ukrainian law, the buyer has 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any product purchased on our website:

  • You must have a receipt of payment and supporting documents for the goods;
  • The goods can only be returned if they have retained their consumer properties and presentation.
  • The refund period is up to 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods into the warehouse.
  • Return delivery to the seller is carried out at the expense of the buyer;
  • The buyer is refunded for the goods minus the seller's expenses for organizing the delivery.
  • In case of return of the goods of inadequate quality, the shipping costs are borne by the Manufacturer (more details below)
  • If the returned product is not eligible for a refund, it will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Steps to return

  • Receive confirmation from the manager about the possibility of returning the goods, the address for returning the goods.
  • Prepare the item you want to return or exchange.
  • Send the goods using the selected shipping method (more details below).
  • Expect a notification of the arrival of the goods at our warehouse. Refunds will be made within 14 business days after acceptance of the goods.

Ways to send a return:

Nova Poshta:

  • Send it to our warehouse at: Nova Poshta, Branch #1. Kalynivka, Brovary district, Kyiv region. Recipient: Pitsan Igor, 0679363433
  • Sending without cash on delivery.
  • Before sending, agree on the details with the manager.
  • The cost of sending according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.

Returns are at the expense of the manufacturer.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must visually check the integrity of the packaging, and if any damage is found, immediately notify our company's manager and send supporting photos.

When returning/exchanging goods of inadequate quality, the seller bears the costs associated with delivery. This rule applies to the following cases:

  • the technical characteristics indicated on the label (color, size) do not correspond to the characteristics in the product description on the website of the online store;
  • the completeness of the goods actually delivered does not correspond to the order or invoice;
  • the goods have visible damage;
  • factory defects in the goods.

Goods individually produced for the client are subject to exchange and return only in case of factory defects.
